"I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Before I even got in the door - Claudio came out to greet me and grab my luggage. It was an absolutely positive experience and set the tone for an amazing trip. There are very few countries I say I would go back to visit but Portugal is one of them and I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"This place is quiet and very basic. It has some nice amenities like hot water and coffee machines on every floor plus a rooftop with a pretty view of the river. The hotel itself was a bit eclectic and not in the most convenient part of town. "

"The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."

"Very new, great spec and condition. Staff are friendly but reception not very useful. Rooms modern, great shower etc but whilst looks amazing things like randomly designed light switches, very thin walls are pretty more i could hear the room next dooe brushing teeth, luckily that was all. Was a bit annoyed I couldnt get any milk to my room for tea.. pools amazing but could do with cleaning. Bar and restaurant was v good"

"Great location. Helpful staff. Quirky but fun old decor. We had a great view of the river off the back of the building. Great breakfast. Generally very nice stay. The room wasn't huge and the old-fashioned shower was a little odd but not a big deal. The only con we found was the door was not great at stopping the (limited) noise from the hall, but that was the same at most places we stayed in Portugal."

"We stayed in the apartment with balcony on the 6th floor and would highlight recommend this room. The view was beautiful and with the doors and skylight closed you couldn’t not hear pink street-even though we could see it. A fantastic option when you want a little extra space. "
