"We found everything in our room to be satisfactory but the rug had some stains that reflected our rating."

"Check in was great Kumar took great care of everyone checking in. The cleaning staff were very accommodating, providing whatever was needed. The only issue with out room was that the lighting in areas was not bright enough and ventilation in the bathroom was not good. Other than that it was a great visit."

"This hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor, transformed ALL ROOMS to a "battered woman's shelter" and a security officer stated we should have been notified by the hotel and agencies involved. After a 2-hour drive, I had to find accommodations for 2 days on our phone. I receive confirmation emails from Hotels.com. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL !!!"

"Nice hotel but a bit dated than what I would expect. Internet was not very reliable. Beds were very worn out and not very comfortable. "

"The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. The location was wonderful as it is 5 minutes walk to the shopping malls and restaurants. The Twin brook stop makes is wirhin reach to the red line"

"We waited 20 minutes for someone to come & check us into a dirty room (crumbs all over the floor and dental floss in the shower). The room was very large but strangely bare. Seemed as if a large TV had been sold off and a smaller one was just put on the desk with no regard to wire placement etc. No glasses at all in the room. Just a strange experience overall."

"The Element was a great stay… the staff was super friendly and the area had tons of fun options to explore. I definitely plan on visiting the area again and hopefully I’ll be able to get another stay at the Element!"

"The elevator was broken and I had to walk up flights of stairs to the next level. The whole time. Ppl have luggage, children, strollers etc. Ti lug up those stairs. I was not happy about it. "
