"Great staff and location. We lost a set of AirPods in our room and they went above and beyond to find them for us. The location is central and there is parking underground. "

"chambre avec fenêtre sans vue (un mur sale, entouré d'autres murs), sans insonorisation (on entendait chaque pas, des rires, les chasses d'eau, les robinets... jusqu'à 1 heure du matin), non isolée (on voyait le jour autour de la porte), très chaud (la clim, qui fait aussi chauffage, ne fonctionnait pas et on dégoulinait de chaleur). Buffet du soir à 21 € par personne sans les boissons, très basse qualité, peu de choix, même ressenti au buffet du petit déjeuner (pas bon). Seul point positif : parking souterrain à 18 € disponible. On est loin du centre ville avec bars, restos, etc."
