"This older, large, two-story home is a tranquil oasis in which we spent five days of our vacation. Relatively close to the Palermo airport, (and airport car rentals,) the home is located in a quiet, well-established, residential area of similar homes. The grounds of the property are spacious and the South patio affords a wonderful view of the gulf and far shore line. Nicely furnished, kitchen well-equipped, and beds are comfortable. When I return to the Palermo area I will make sure to stay here...

"Great host, clean, and a very good breakfast. High rise location is on a very busy street in a crowded residential area that was it was noisy with traffic and teenagers hanging out late into the night. Room smelled like a sewer because of odor coming through the bathroom plumbing. Parking was a bit tough to get during our afternoon arrival time. We paid for a triple room, but were moved to the double "brown" room with no refund offered."

"Casa Manzella was a nice B&B conveniently located right down the street from the main square. The town square is lovely with lots of restaurants and shops. The B&B was very comfortable, clean and breakfast was good with fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, cheese and salami and pastries. The owner and staff was very nice. The only issue for us was no elevator in the building to bring bags down when we had to leave at 7am. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. "

"We stayed at Cinisi Vacanze the night before we flew out of Palermo. It was a 15 minute ride to the airport and they arranged our early morning transportation for our flight. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to dinner. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We did not partake of breakfast as we flew out very early. "

"We had a very late arrival and found the place after much difficulty. However the host was thorough in getting us checked in. The room was very cold, although a bedroom heater was beginning to warm us up. Just as we were settling in we discovered a water leak in the bathroom. Called the host who sent someone over right away. Unfortunately we had to change rooms and again everything was stone cold. Beds were comfy and clean. Old Sicilian house is charming.
