« The flat is really, really nice. Super well decorated, fantastic location as close to the beach as can be. A bit tough to park, but once you're there it's phenomenal. The elevator was being built when we were there so I believe it's going to be even better in the future. Only drawbacks - a constant small noise of the wind (I believe one windows wasn't properly isolated) - not too embarrassing though, we stayed 2 nights. I'd recommend this flat! »

« L’annonce comporte 3 chambres alors qu’il n’y en a que deux! Nous avons dû dormir sur un canapé dans le salon/cuisine ! dans le soit disant parking il n’y a jamais de place nous avons dû payer la place de parking à côté. Le ménage était très mal fait, la femme de ménage a du revenir sur notre demande car poils de chiens sur le canapé, faux gazon de la terrasse empli de cochonneries, draps sales, odeur d’urine dans les toilettes, meubles, escalier et tiroirs sales, les couverts et poêles sales....

« Trés bon séjour , la copropriété est trés propre bien arboré . , super piscine . le seul bémol la propreté de l appartement et les ustensibles dans la cuisine assez rare pas de couvercle de poéles ni essoreuse a salade , saladier inexistant etc ... Sinon bonne clim silencieuse et appartement bien aménagé . . »

« The condo was fairly easy to find and once we got our bearings, the location was great. The outdoor patio space is phenominal. Despite it being "coolish" (weather wise), it's the area where we spent the bulk of our time. Furniture in the condo is comfortable and the unit itself is laid out well containing all the needed amenities. The unit itself is very secure, consisting of an outer locked gate and then the front door (which consists of a tri bolt lock). Any and all queries to the owner...

« At first glance we could have given a 5 star BUT already on the first day we had water on the kitchen floor coming out from the dishwashing machine and under the zink, later on even the washing machine was lackning on the floor. The stars fell down one by one but the prompt intervention of the neighbours made the situation acceptable though far from ideal. The draws of knives and forks fell apart so they had to be remouved. The bathroom is perfect but the lacking of water under the zink caused...

« Ruhige, sehr gepflegte Anlage, mit PKW 3min zum Strand, 15 min zu Fuß durch nahen Platanenwald. Küche könnte ein wenig mehr Ausstattung haben. Anlage und eigener überdachter Parkplatz durch elektr. Tor gesichert. Strand und Umgebung wunderschön. »

« This apartment is very nice, perfectly located, and better than advertised. We recommend parking in the underground garage across the main road along the coast. It's very close and much easier than looking for on street parking as (like most European cities) the streets are narrow and crowded. The host is very pleasant and responsive. Would highly recommend. »

« We spent 6 nights with friend's couple. It is quite spacious to share with three couples and everything was well prepared as stated. And there were provisions prepared which are beyond our expectation. We all were happy to come back to this apartment. »
