"This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place."

"What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

"Absolutely great apartment. Stayed for 2 nights so didn’t use all of the amenities, just basically a bed! Unfortunately there is a ‘shots bar’ right beside the property which is open until 4. We had very little sleep because the noise was pretty bad. Such a shame because the location and property are great. "

"Great location in puerta de Santa Maria. Not far from the plaza where we celebrated New Years. The Catamarán is a 10 minute walk, so is the train station. Fine place for short stay. "

"Very clean and convenient, had all we needed with a nice decor and convenient indoors parking. I would have liked newer fuller pillows, we had only two fairly flat ones. One thing I pointed out to the management company was the dangers of the faucet in the bathroom. If you don't pay attention you could hurt your eye with it. "Loved loved loved our stay here. I traveled with my two teenage children...the apartment was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 days. It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. We rented a car because we are driving other places, apartment had an underground parking garage (for fee) that was quite convenient...don't bring a large car! Car elevator was a first for us lol. Property manager was amazing and quick to answer any of our questions and to...

"The building is old, is very disorganized, there is neighour drank and playing very loudy at 2-3am, could not sleep, no one controling the situation. "
