« Très beau condo. Tranquille et près de tout. La douche avait un débit faible et le bain ne drainait pas très bien l’eau. Dans la cuisine, toute la vaisselle utile est là mais il n’y a rien à part sel et poivre. N’oubliez pas de tout apporter pour la cuisson. Sinon, notre séjour a été très agréable et le personnel est vraiment accommodant »

« Location is pretty good. Very close to hot tubs. A little walk to run/lift area but not bad. Close enough to walk to downtown. Unit is a little older but no complaints. Unit was clean when we arrived. »

« I stay at a lot of vrbo places. I even own one myself. I am impressed with this property and the owner's efforts to inform the guests and present a top tier property. This condo is decorated very nicely and is quite comfortable. It has everything you could need in addition to great communication from the owner/manager. The location is very convenient to get to all the places you would might want to visit in Breck. »

« This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). The condo itself has views of town and the mountains, is updated, comfortable, and has everything you would need. We had a wonderful stay and would rent...

« We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again. »

« The property is in a great location and everything about the property is great except a few little details. The ceiling fans haven’t been cleaned in a while and in the bathroom with the washer and dryer there is a musty smell somewhere in that bathroom. I would stay there again because of location and floor plan of the unit. The property manager responded to issues in a very timely manner. »

« Has a beautiful view and walking distance to Main Street shops and dining. Had everything we needed for our stay and I loved the elevator access to the street and garage. Only con would be that it was a little noisy being close to the road and there was consistent electrical/building noise, but was nothing unbearable. I would stay again! »

« Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet unit well furnished with one bedroom and a remarkably comfy sleeper sofa in the living room – and one really nice amenity after a day on the mountain: a hot tub right outside the lobby. A five-minute walk to the gondola and Main Street makes for easy access to the mountains, lots of restaurants and general wandering. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The location is fantastic! All our ski needs were met ( ski rental, ski lessons, ski vallet, 3 ski lifts and gondolas right out the door! Facility has movie theater, bowling alley, pool table rooms available to book. We used the Gold Bus route to easily get downtown for our dinners. The condo was spacious for 2 adult couples. Would stay again. The only thing that was confusing was the check-in instructions Vacasa sent versus VRBO, they didn't match in regards to parking. I did a virtual chat...

« Had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect for my family. Resort had a lot of amenities we enjoyed including the pool, hot tubs and sauna. Especially liked the convenience of having everything from ski rentals to ski school right there at the resort. Shuttle to and from town was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. »

« We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town. »
