We had a fantastic stay at Mountain Thunder Lodge this past weekend. You absolutely cannot beat the location; it's a peaceful spot nestled in the pines, but still just a five-minute walk to Main Street and the gondola. Loved the pool and hot tub!

Hotel staff and property in general were great! Our room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order the entire time we were there, and the room was on the third floor, which created a hardship of hauling luggage up and down three flights of stairs. Once the elevator is fixed this property is a 10/10.

Beautiful, well located property. Easy walk to town, dining and shopping. Friendly, accommodating staff! Lodge had many common areas to relax, read, hot tub, swim, play games, sit by the fire, etc. 1 bedroom condo was clean and well decorated. The beds and linens very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend Mountain thunder Lodge!
