Both bathrooms were beautifully remodeled in Fall 2021, adding a fresh, modern touch to the cozy alpine décor. A private balcony provides a peaceful spot to take in the crisp mountain air and scenic views.  
  
The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, three TVs, and an inviting living space ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking. Sleeping up to eight guests, it’s a fantastic choice for families or small groups seeking both space and convenience.  
  
Guests enjoy full access to Beaver Run Resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated pools, fitness center, spa, arcade, ski rentals, and several on-site dining options. The resort also features ski-in/ski-out access to Peak 9 and a free shuttle service around Breckenridge.

Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.
