"Staff was excellent in getting our rooms on first floor and adjoining per our request. Ice machines were always working. It was super convenient to beach which was our reason for choosing. Parking was easy and also convenient. "

"Quaint B&B with delicious breakfast quiche. We listened to the live music each night from the 1st and 2nd floor porches. The ice machine on the 1st floor was great as we made some cocktails and relaxed outside. We had a jacuzzi room which was a throwback to the early 90s but this is a Victorian home from 1857 so we didn’t expect 5* luxury upgrades this trip. The bed was also comfortable. We saw a rehearsal dinner at the on-site restaurant which was beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous and in the evenings felt like we were in a mystical garden of sorts. Coffee and bottled water provided throughout the day/evening was convenient. Prime location in the heart of downtown about 2 miles from Fort Clinch State Park. Finding street parking or parking in their back lot wasn’t a problem. Overall we found this B&B to be charming and had a great time. "

"Wife and I decided to try somewhere new, this place did not disappoint, pet friendly so We had no worries with our Frenchie and if you drive an EV they also have charging available for you. Located next to everything so walking was our mode of transportation. We will Be back with the family. A+ "
