"The lady at the reception was very nice and hospitable. We didn’t receive a VIP Access benefit, at least not what we thought we would have received from our experience at other resorts and hotels. We did receive a bottle of wine, wasn’t sure if that came standard with every room, but when I asked about room upgrade, pretty much every room was standard, and the same as the others. The food was really good at the restaurant."

"Lovely little hidden gem in Jeffrey’s bay. Hosts were friendly and room was neat. I did however book with breakfast and the host chose to only honour it on the first day and thereafter said that there was a mistake with my booking even though I clearly showed her the confirmation that included breakfast. "We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally. Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some. The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap."
