"This was the perfect hotel for recovering from a 15+ hour plane trip. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff members were all very friendly and bent over backwards to be helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic, with hearty food from several cuisines. The location was very convenient, with a Metro stop nearby right on the corner."

Breakfast was not bad but with limited options of 3 types only with a small salad bar and limited bread options. You can also self service, orange juice, milk or coffee. "It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need.
