"Check in- The young man who checked me in was marvelous. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name. He checked me early with no problem. The afternoon staff were also excellent. They helped me finding the route of the Apple Blosoom parade. The lobby area is ckean and well maintained."

"Fantastic check in, lady at front desk was very fast and kind to my two daughters. She gave each give piece of fruit at check in and daughters got chocolate chip cookies a little bit later. Nice clean room! In a good location , lots of quick foods within two minutes. Indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with the girls. A small workout room also. Only two downfalls -fire alarms went off at 4am had to evacuate, it was in sprinkle system was told, and the breakfast was a little cool. All in all...

"Great place for a quick overnight stop. Clean, comfortable rooms and they have a small indoor pool. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but there's a buffet right next door and IHOP around the corner. We usually choose to stay here when we visit Winchester."

"First, the positive: the sunrooms are beautiful, with a nice view of a lake that is half empty. Neighborhood and closeness to Tuscarora trails and old town Winchester. The host responded fast to a problem with door lock. The negatives: the day before going I was informed that one of the bathrooms "had a problem" and they could not fix it on time. There was no offer to reduce the rate of the house given that we were given a house with 3 bedrooms with just one bathroom. When we got there, what I...
