"Nice quiet hotel, conveniently located (walking distance from Berlin zoo and a short hop on Berlin's excellent public transport to other major tourist attractions. Good cocktail bar."
"A convenient and comfortable stay. This well-located hotel is spotlessly clean, has well designed rooms with particularly comfortable beds and pillows, and offers a superb breakfast buffet (until 11am at the weekend). Add in the friendly service, efficient check-in and 12pm check out and it offers everything one needs for a very pleasant stay in the zoo area of Berlin. "
"The hotel is a little basic in that there is no fridge or kettle in the rooms - it is always nice to have a cup of tea when you wake up of come back from a day's sight seeing.
The rooms were warm and the beds comfortable, with plenty of hot water for a shower or bath.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The view from the terrace at breakfast was lovely. "
"Good, clean hotel in a safe and quiet area. The bed was a bit on the soft side, and I would not recommend to leave the door tilted as one can easily push it in from the balcony that wraps around the first floor of the building. Other than this slight security hazard, I had a great stay and would come here again. I arrived late, so the reception was closed. No big deal since the hotel emailed me the code of the outside locker beforehand."
"We enjoyed the reception staff except for a couple men who weren’t and seemed irritated when asked a question. The rest of the staff were very nice and readily offered assistance."
"Good location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, just off of Kuhdamm. Modern Hotel, fair prices.
Not so good: I was given a room in the basement which I didn‘t like, and the aircon was loud."

Nice hotel in a good location
"Nicely located near Bahnhof. HopOn - HopOff located nearby.
Room was too hot. AC didn't cool and you couldn't open window wide enough to get any air.
Restaurant was nice.
No laundry facilities and super expensive to send out a shirt, etc."

"It was my brother and my first time in Germany. This location was perfect for walking to downtown and surrounding attraction areas, but also close to coffee, shops, café, and some restaurants we were able to try out. Staff was welcoming, helpful, and the fact we got a room with a kitchen and laundry option made our stay super convenient and comfortable to be able to do some home cooking to save some money as well. Would stay here again! Vielen Dank! "

"Excellent location. Excellent rooms.
The only and biggest drawback is that the bathroom has no doors. It’s very inconvenient if you are travelling with teenagers ."

"Excellent breakfast.
Regret that there were no suitcase racks or bathroom slip mats available on request which are important for older customers.
Very convenient for station and easy to visit the main sites of Berlin. Excellent lifts available. Recommended for a stay in Berlin. "
