“hotel Schweizerhof Berlin”
très bien situé,très confortable excellent petit-déjeuner buffet spa magnifique;seul petit regret,l'absence d'un jacuzzi
“excellent hotel”
D'excellentes prestations. Le personnel est aimable. Les chambres sont parfaites et le restaurant tout a fait agreable. Il presente un meilleur rapport qualité-prix que certains hotels de grand luxe situés pres de la POrte de Brandebourg.
“Pullman Berlin November 2010”
Arrived at Bristol and was able to check in straight away, with hardley any queues for security. Boarding was fine as we got to the front quite quickly and the flight over was very pleasant. Arrived fine and found our taxi (previously booked online) and ended up at our hotel. Staff were immediately attentive and friendly and our room was very good. Very clean and spacious with an excellent bathroom. The concierge was helpful in advising what to do where to go etc. November is always a bit nippy wherever you go in Northern Europe and berlin was not too bad. We had two dry days and one wet. The Hotel had a spa which we dindnt avail ourselves of for no other reason than we just ran out of time. Eating and drinking in the Hotel is very expensive, but there are many bars and places to eat within walking distance. The Currywursts are to die for! All in all a very pleasant stay at a city that wasnt overly expensive or difficult to navigate. It is very big so dont expect to walk it.

Excellent breakfast, large swimming pool, quiet and spacious room with big bed, professional and English speaking staff, everything in excellent condition are the plus points. Mattress was slightly firm for my liking and shower was OK but not hugely powerful. Location is nearly opposite zoo aquarium - a few minutes walk from Zoo station (direct train to Schoenefeld takes about 35 mins) or Wittenbergplatz station. Its a good location for West Berlin shopping (Kadewe or Kurfurstendamm) and restaurants round Savignyplatz. If you want to see sights near the Reichstag or Potsdamer Platz allow 30 minutes walk, or longer for museums and Dom - these can be reached easily by the (inexpensive) underground system.

Clean, comfortable, stylish, modern, relaxing, helpful staff, great location, Can't comment on the food because we didn't eat at the Hotel. Great experience.
“Excellent hotel!”
The hotel was lovely. Very nice rooms and the breakfast buffet was great. The only problem we had was with the movie service. We bought a movie twice and it cut out both times. After the second time the movie service stopped working altogether. The hotel didn't charge us for films though. Everything else was excellent. Good location also.

We were very impressed with the friendly, professional and thoughtful staff,who really seemed to care about our welfare and did all they could to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as it could be.

“Luxury and friendly staff!”
The hotel was easy to find, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were made to feel really welcome. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with everything from scrambled eggs to fruit salad, waffles and a chef who would make fresh omelette and even porridge!! The facilities were excellent, including the pool. We had fluffy bathrobes and slippers in our room and a nespresso machine and a kettle with a range of teas. The beds were comfy and we could not hear any noise from other rooms. If you want to spoil yourself, book in to the Pullman. If I am ever in Berlin again I will definitely stay there.
“Fabulous stay”
Perfect location, within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Berlin zoo located just across the road and easy access to all local transport taking to other parts of Berlin in minutes. Hotel clean comfortable well maintained. Fabulous restaurant and excellent cocktails from the hotal bar. You can also get food in the bar at a reasonable price and big portions. All staff very pleasant and helpful. One regret was that i didn't take a swimming costume with me so was not ble to make use of the spa facilities although plenty of others did ;0( Good trip and would definitely stay here again
