"It was truly an amazing experience with the sweetest staff. Before even entering to the front desk, halls, dining area, and overall hotel, you are greeted by everyone with a smile. "Overall a very nice hotel! But at the highest level it lacks certain finer things. One weird thing is its location of its two elevators. Given the expanse / layout of the structure there should have elevators on both ends. It is almost a long rectangular building. So if your room happens to be on the far end it can be a walk particularly for elderly or someone with a disability! That’s one downside of this otherwise beautiful property "

The staff, from the reception team to the hygiene and upkeep crew are friendly, polite and helpful.
