“Great Staff and Excellent Ambiance”
I was very impressed by many of the features and facilities of the Lalit. The staff were just outstanding and really made you feel special and catered to individual needs. I really liked the pianist in the evenings who created a great ambiance. Also the 24 hour coffee shop was a great feature if you are feeling peckish late at night. It is conveniently located near the international airport, so it is good for business travellers. However if you want to do site seeing the other branch of the Intercontientatal at Marine Drive may be better locationwise. The only one downside was that there were a couple of functions happening there during our stay and therefore there was quite loud music filtering through to the room until late for a couple of nights. Hopefully this isnt a frequent feature at the hotel. However I would stay here again because the staff were brilliant and the facilities at the spa were great.
“Absolutely the greatest!”
Manu, who greeted us at the reception desk, began our marvelous experience with his warm, friendly and efficient service. Wonderful things continued when we walked into our room and spent several comfortable hours with the gracious staff in the Club Lounge. The coffee shop food is terrific and the service matches. This is a first rate hotel with first rate staff and amenities!!!
“Excellent Mumbai hotel for business travelers .”
Excellent hotel in close proximity to both the international and domestic terminals which made my overnight stay convenient. Very spacious room,internet and wi fi abled, efficient and courteous staff, superb breakfast. Only quibble being the cost of transfer to the international terminal Rs 760 +taxes as compared to taxi fare of Rs 100!

this is the best hotel for great customer service, the staff ensure that your experience is beyond your expectations. Management not only seek your opinion but also react very quickly to any issues raised. We found this to be a very good hotel for all types of customers. This hotel should be the first choice of anyone staying in Mumbai
“Good hotel to stay, but not best”
It was not too bad to choose this hotel when arrives at night with the Expedia Rate.

Quick overnight stay. Hotel staff very nice. We left early in the morning and manager had coffee and pastries sent to room as we would miss the breakfast that would have been part of the room package. It was appreciated and was nice of him to do this.

Very good hotel to stay near the International airport and not too far from Domestic airport. Overall would recommend this hotel
“Excellent value but far away from tourist areas”
Very close to the airport and yet we hardly heard a plane. Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Takes over one hour by taxi to reach India Gate area. Nothing really in the vicinity. Very nice large swimming pool, gym and spa etc. Excellent restaurants. Live Indian music in the evenings. We stayed on club level where there is a 24hour lounge with tea/coffee etc, afternoon tea, happy hour (actually two) with free drinks and food sufficient for an evening meal. If you are looking for a very comfortable, 5star hotel close to the airport this is highly recommended and much cheaper than other 5 star hotels presumably because of location. Only given 4 stars by us because of locality but otherwise definitely five.
