"The Oak is a beautifully restored home that was welcoming and inviting. We had 7 adults on our trip to SXS at Windrock and this place was perfect. The kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs and the living room had plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the front porch during sunset and coffee time. We would definitely go back. Shawn was always available if needed. Check in and out was a piece of cake! Definitely recommend The Oak!"

"If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place to put your feetup and enjoy time with family, look no further. Not only was the property beautiful, this was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a VRBO. From a kitchen aid mixer to every pot, pan, and dish you could possibly need. The property owner is an absolute delight. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area."

"We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious."

"We needed a place to stay for a local volleyball tournament at the Knoxville Convention center, which was 15 minutes away, and an all day event. So essentially we just needed a place to prepare breakfast and in the evening decompress, cook dinner, and relax until again next day of more volleyball. Only issue we faced was the Internet was pretty slow. The amenities list it a 50+ Mbps but being in IT as a profession I rebooted equipment and retested a few times on speediest websites and could not...

"The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!"

"The pictures really don't do this house justice. The master bedroom / bathroom were HUGE! As well as the rest of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved it. The location was quiet and it was refreshing to see the neighborhood kids outside playing and selling lemonade. You are outside town to have the country feel but close enough for quick travel to the stores. We would definitely stay again."

"Our stay was perfect! The host was great. She even called and checked in with us. They supply mainly everything you need! I appreciated the fact that there were pots and pans in the kitchen, along with spices!! It was very clean and super homey! The swings on the porch were my favorite. Will definitely be staying here if we ever travel to the area again!"
