Loved the views and the space itself! Very nice and modern. The shower head in the master bathroom had weak low pressure water coming out. I called the front desk the next day and maintenance was upstairs in no time to replace the shower head. Great rooftop area as well! I didn’t get a chance to get in the jacuzzi, but the water looked clean and was warm/hot when I put my hand in. Cons: Wished the bedrooms had TVs and wished the couch was a little bit bigger for two people to lounge on the couch together. Definitely will book again for a nice weekend staycation or friend gathering!

The hotel room is great but not suitable for a family of smaller children who tends to touch everything. The rooms are suited to college students, sorry.

Me and my Family loved our stay at the Placemakr in Ballston. Excellent customer service from front Desk to Housekeeping. We had a 2 Bedroom with Balcony and it might of had more closet space than my house back home does. Its to much good things to say about this place. But just FYI if you are parking here and you have a big SUV parking can be a little tight and also our Balcony was really small no room for kicking back but I will definitely stay again 5 stars*****
