"We had a wonderful one night stay in Bamburgh at Hillcrest House B&B. The room was spacious and had a lovely view. The potted lobster is only a couple of minutes walk away and very tasty. The castle and beach are easy walking distance too. Good communication from Mark before the stay and cracking breakfast cooked by Malcolm in the morning. Highly recommend. Thank you 😊"

"Lovely place. Room was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was modern & gleaming. Slight mix up over bed type was quickly sorted while we had a complimentary drink in the beer garden. The room had a nice view over grass onto the sea / estuary. The beds were so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up & pack to come home. "We were well looked after by members of staff. Breakfasts were really good with excellent choice. Bedroom was of a good size with good wardrobe & drawer space. The lower area of shower externally was not very clean!"

"This excellent property in Warkworth is an ideal base from which to tour the wonderful sites of Northumberland. The apartment was clean and offered everything we needed. Warkworth has plenty of free parking, great pubs and restaurant options as well as being walking distance to the beach and other trail routes. The property and local pubs/restaurants are dog friendly. The accommodation and overal area are highly recommended."

"Attended a wedding 29th of may. The wedding event was excellent. Stayed in a garden room quirky and well maintained, a bit hot though. Now my real upsetting point. The joiners arms, my nephew who was getting married booked a table for 25 people, unfortunately 29 turned up. The host would not accomodate the 4 extra in even allowing of us to eat in the bar, her comment was to go and eat in seahouses.
