"The receptionist, Wassem, was excellent. We had to wait as he dealt with two customers but he was good with us, his English better than our French. The room was clean but small as was the bathroom. "Air conditioning does not work and looks like probably not worked for many years. Decor is VERY tatty and looks like nothing been done for more than 20 years. It was very hot in high 30s during our visit so we had to have windows open but as it is more like a motel than a hotel we did not feel very secure having windows adjacent to public area open. "Lovely location, historic area with parcs as described by reviews.Easy walk to centre town. Very quiet. Room facing a small park. Very comfortable and spotless. Very quiet. Nespresso coffee and Courtesy water and small juice. Reception rapide and staff very welcoming and helpful. Dine and breakfast out so cannot comment on food. One very little issue perhaps despite an excellent bathroom with all necessities, a proper shower head (small hand shower) could be useful for those who prefer showers to bath. Personally loved relaxing in a bath. Overall extremely satisfied and will recommend. "
