Mario and Esmeralda were gracious hosts and provided excellent information on what to see and where to go in Venice! Personalized breakfast every morning was also greatly appreciated. Our room was comfortable and room service was prompt and efficient. Ann/Franco

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was accommodating and the bathroom was clean. Mario was helpful with directions and information about nearby restaurants in the area. Loved being in Venice. I recommend this place

We stayed in this property for 2 days. It's in the quieter area of Venice but close to major attractions. Mario as a host of this property is one of the nicest person I have ever met. He gives important details about Venice which will be very helpful to a new visitor.

What a great overnight stay in Venice in such an exceptional location for exploring the city. The communication from Marco was first class and the property was excellent with a great host. The breakfast was nice and local restaurant recommendation was superb. Walkable to the major sights and close enough to the transport hub to arrive on foot. A great taste of Venetian hospitality that made a wonderful stay. Thank you

This was my 3rd visit to Venice and as it is an old city with old buildings, you must rate it by its own standards. I really wanted to stay in the heart of Venice, and that is why I chose this place. Mario & Esmeralda run a clean, efficient and friendly little B&B. The continental breakfast area is small (having it in your room is an option) but it was fine for the 3 of us. The beds were new and comfy, which was greatly appreciated after a long day sightseeing. As it is a B&B, there is no elevator or lobby, but rooms are private with your own bathroom and locking doors like a hotel room. We appreciated the city orientation and sightseeing suggestions Esmeralda gave us upon arrival, as Venice can be confusing to navigate. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely B&B property. We had a room on 2nd floor with shared bathroom. Room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Hosts were very helpful with specific directions on easiest way to travel to the property…also with ideas about things to do and how to get there. I would book here again and recommend to friends.

Mario was a great host. We really enjoyed our morning chat about life in Venice. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We dropped our bags off early so we could explore freely. We stayed in a very charming and comfortable room with a private bath. We liked the location on a quiet street. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were lovely people. We would definitely stay here again.

EXCELLENT experience! The hosts Esmeralda and Mario are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. They reached out to me shortly after booking our stay with options on how to get from the airport to the hotel. We arrived after the sun set and Mario met us at the boat dock to lead us to the hotel. It probably would have taken us 5 times as long had it not been for that. It’s not easy to find if you’re not familiar with the area. At breakfast Mario gave us restaurant and site recommendations which were all excellent. The only slightly negative would be the shower was small but I expect that is the case with all of Venice. Thank you Mario and Esmeralda for a wonderful experience.

The hosts were very warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Their recommendations for dining options around the property turned out to be some of the best places we dined in Venice. The hosts ensured our stay was comfortable. It was great to have breakfast included and the choices were very good. The only reasons why our rating is 4 is because of the very small bathroom, especially the shower which barely had standing space for an adult, and some dampness around the external walls and windows.

The property doesn’t have the sign of their name but the owner was really nice to give the guidance hot to reach the property and the room was so clean only you need to share the bathroom with other people. I like the cleanness of the room and the owner was really nice and helpful.

Wonderful hosts but beware of the noise.
The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful and communication was fantastic. The room was as expected however we were very disappointed by the noise. We are not usually disturbed by noise but we were in the downstairs room right next to the entrance and breakfast room. You will get woken by anyone entering and as soon as breakfast syarts getting set up in the morning along with any other guests having their breakfast. Such a shame as location and hosts fantatsic but feels overpriced for our experience.

Straight away from arrival we were made to feel at home. Elena greeted us and gave us a full run down of the city, providing the best spots to see, both touristy and non touristy. Myself and my friend who were sharing the room had a lovely conversation with Elena the second morning about growing up in Venice and the lifestyle that is led there, all super interesting and lovely to talk about, giving us a better feel for the city. The B&B is very characteristic, truly felt like we were staying in a family home making our stay very comfortable. I really have no negatives to say, other than maybe the breakfast could have more options for different dietary requirements, however even then Elena offered to to get my vegan friend some extra goodies in the morning. Will recommend to both family and friends and if ever I am back in the city this is for sure the place I will visit. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay.

Mario & Esmerelda were perfect hosts. Great communication as soon as we booked,offering us directions & information on how best to travel from the airport & also around Venice. They provided us with a continental breakfast each morning which was included in the price. Location was fab and central to every where we waned to be. The room was spacious, clean & had tea & coffee facilities which was an added bonus after a day of sight seeing. We only wish we could of stayed longer!

The property was very well located. Mario the owner was great. He was so helpful. He came to meet us at the waterbus stop even if we were more than four hours later than expected due to flight delays. He was an exceptional host who made great efforts in obtaining food for my daughter with dietary restrictions. Mario also provided us with valuable information and directions which made our stay in Venice very enjoyable.
