Situated in an elegant historic residence, Hotel Ai Pini is surrounded by a large park and the blossoms of a charming garden. Recent painstaking restoration work on the hotel allows it to offer 48 luxurious rooms. The Baldo family, owners of the historic villa, opened the hotel in 1987, ensuring the absolute excellence of a service with great attention to detail. Whatever you require (baby sitter, car hire, tourist information, etc.), the management and staff of the hotel would be delighted to help. You can take time to relax in the silence of the park, on the benches or in the gazebo, among the age-old trees and garden full of flowers.

The continental buffet breakfast, with home-made pastries, is served in a bright room on the first floor, which offers great views of the park. The greeting area of the hall/reception offers information material to assist your visit to Venice and its surroundings.

Flooring in white and yellow Verona marble, together with sun yellow Venetian plaster decorations on the walls, accompany us through the refined atmosphere of this hotel in Venice Mestre.

We have a delicious Restaurant "Al Parco" with outside terrace in summer and typical fish dishes and home made pasta. If you prefer a very good pizza a Pizzeria is back to the hotel.In 5 minutes you will find a special italian Ice Cream. Bus stop to Venice in front of the street. “Location, Location, Location”

Excellent hotel with great road links to airport and intercity motorways. Plus the public bus system is cheap and only 50yds from hotel door. Perfect for a family staying and wanting to do the sights of Venice. Rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful with excellent advice in English and a restaurant on site with good menu - and staff were quick to offer variations when they realised half our party were vegetarians. Will definitely come back here.

“hotel trés agréable”

Hotel trés pratique d'accés pour une arrivée en voiture. Il se trouve à 7kms de Venise mais possède un grand parking gratuit et le bus n°7 passe toutes les 10 minutes devant l'hotel et vous emmène directement à Venise. Les tickets de bus (1€) sont vendus par l'hotel. Il faut compter 25mn de trajet (et 12 arrêts) avant d'arriver à Venise ce qui peut un peu "casser" le charme de la ballade en amoureux..... Les environs de l'hôtel ne sont pas interessants. Trés calme, trés propre, trés bon restaurant (service trés trés long...)personnel accueillant et serviable, parlant tous français, je recommande cet hôtel.

“Excellent”

Great hotel for very little money, the restaurant was beautiful although a little pricey ideal for the first night though. A 20 min bus ride to Venice that costs 1 euro and it stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent a massive selection to choose from including a coffee machine that makes fresh cappuccinos etc. Definitely return.

“excellent hotel”

a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. the staff were very helpful and thoughtful, anticipating our needs and offering helpful suggestions. the bus into venice was right outside and ran frequently and was prompt, if busy. a very relaxing stay. It was excellent value without compromising on quality. We will use this hotel again.

“Comfort in Venice!”

My husband, sister and I enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfy, large room- lovely grounds. . Took a cab - about 35 euros from airport and close to our cruise port. Purchased a daily pass that we used for the bus across the street from the hotel and the water buses. Staff were quick to answer my email questions and were terrific and very helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Highly recommended. Nice not to have drag luggage around the streets of Venice. Good gelato place close by!

“Nice hotel outside Venice”

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Staff very helpful and extremely friendly towards the children. Although it was quiet and there were no other families staying, we did not feel awkward at all. Small play park adjacent to hotel and plenty space to run about kept children happy. Good breakfasts. Very nice restaurant in hotel, the local restaurant just 5 mins round corner got more expensive as the week went on but a cheap child-friendly local pizza/pasta restaurant is only 10 mins walk further up main road. An easy 20 mins by bus to Venice, the only difficulty was initially getting to the hotel from the airport. No taxis were available in Mestre and we had to work out how to get there by bus with all the luggage. (Cross the road from the railway station, turn right and walk approx 75 metres to find bus stop!)Don't try walking there at night - its not nice. But area around hotel quite safe. After you have worked out the buses, its easy to get around.

“Perfect Hotel for Venice on a Budget”

This was a shot in the dark that turned out to be a great place to stay. The friendly, multi-lingual staff and exception cleanliness of the hotel was ideal. The location was only a few meters from the bus stop for a short ride onto Venice.

“PARFAIT”

L'hôtel est spacieux, au calme... avec beaucoup d'espaces verts et de repos. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel y est très disponible, parle français... et donne tous les renseignements utiles. Les chambres y sont également très spacieuses et agréables.
