"Nice studio apartment close to the beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking - cutlery,pans,pots and even coffee,tea and some condiments and spices. Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. "Very comfortable apartment near the beach. The layout can be awkward in the rain (as one walks through a small outdoor terrace to get to the bathroom), but that isn't a problem if it isn't raining. The only issue we had was the WiFi being spotty most of the time - it was difficult to keep a functioning signal. Nothing that a WiFi amplifier won't fix, though. The hostesses are wonderful and attentive, and there is a wonderful cafe / taverna on the corner that we highly recommend."
