"Lovely hotel, staff very efficient and good at what they do. Breakfast was lovely as well. However the hot tub, sauna etc wasn't available outside of the hours 7-10 in the morning. Granted the hotel is mainly for business people so wouldn't have expected the leisure facilities to be open in the middle od the day. However i would have expected them to be open in the evening, more so than between 8:30 & 10 in the morning."

"Star Lodge is a little way out of the centre of Utrecht but is conveniently located close to a bus line which takes you into the centre in a few minutes. The rooms are relatively basic but are large, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, although they did forget to tell us about the honesty bar until we were about to leave. "Good hotel in the very centre of Utrecht. The air conditioning in the room was not working meaning we faced temperatures of nearly 30 degrees Celsius in the room, but the staff was very apologetic and offered fans to cool it down. Our room was facing the street and it was a bit noisy at times with people and deliveries. All in all though, we would stay again! "
