“Great place to stay ...”
I enjoyed myself, and think others would also.
“Very pleasantly surprised”
The hotel was recently remodeled and the room was beautiful! Dark wood, very comfortable bed, small couch, very clean bathroom. No tub in the bathroom, but that was ok for us. It was obvious that ALL the bed coverings were clean. The door was heavy and difficult to open initially and our key card didn't work initially, but the front desk helped us out quickly. Breakfast was good but the hotel was busy and it was difficult to find a place to sit down to eat, and it was a little messy. They seemed to have a little difficulty keeping up with all the people with the hot foods. It was still a good breakfast. We will defininately go back.
“Overall very good”
Overall, GREAT! Only complain is that one morning, the eggs and ham in the "hot" breakfast were not lukewarm, but cold. In their defense, there were several events in town that weekend, and they were completely full. Had a good time!
“Great Stay!”
Would go back again!
“Great room.”
Very clean and comfortable room.
“comfortable, great value for price”
Everything I needed for a hotel while attending a conference in downtown Traverse City. My room was comfortable, clean, inviting. The wireless access worked great. The pool/whirlpool and exercise rooms were just what I needed to get some much-needed exercise and down time. The exercise room has only three items of equipment but I never had to wait to use the stationary bike and there was never more than one other person in the room early in the morning when I was there. Great value compared to downtown hotels.
“Great stay in Traverse City”
This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. We would definitely choose this hotel if we were in the area again.
“Would highly recommend.”
One of the best hotels in Traverse City. Maybe not the best complimentary breakfasts but a very clean and comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.
“Great hotel.”
Great hotel in a beautiful city. Grand Traverse Bay is breathtaking. This hotel is new and very handsomely decorated. It is a little ways from the downtown area which is a slight drawback. The only minor critique is that the set-up for getting breakfast and coffe is not designed well to handle the peak usage times. More counter space would be helpful to allow people to add cream and sugar to their coffee without clogging up the area for those interested in taking it black quickly. All in all, it was a great stay.
“Great Hotel for Low Cost!”
The service was great! They were very accommodating and the location of the hotel was prefect. My guests as well as myself really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel! Plus the breakfest in the morning was superb!
