The room was given to us at 3:30 which is the check-in time. When we arrived at the room, the room was not cleaned. Called the front desk for room cleaning and they said if it's not cleaned, I would have to wait untill 4:30 and that's not guaranteed. So ridiculous, who would do that. This is the worst experience I ever had.

Beautiful setting, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Only negatives are out of order washers, and no in-room refrigerator or microwave. Otherwise, a great place!

Generally, I think the property was in very good condition… We miss that the hot tub is not working. But it’s not a dealbreaker. The front desk crew were very cordial generally had good customer service skills… Steve did a very nice job of trying to deal with a very difficult customer. The only thing we found was that the room was. Very warm… Which made it difficult for us to sleep. But probably great for those coming to Alaska and all bundled up.
