"Everything was great, up until we needed a taxi to the train station. The desk lady just kind of pointed the right outside and said you can catch a taxi over there. But the night before, the other lady at the desk said it would be no problem to call you a taxi. So there you go. Then the taxi guy I got us to the train station gouged us around $40.00"

Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable. Found staff to be very helpful and polite. Nice hotel which I would highly recommend..."

The room was spacious, with double doors overlooking an authentic narrow old Palermo street, filled with the life of locals living nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.
