A apartment/condo in downtown Toronto close to many major attractions (CN Tower etc) The gentleman helping us on site didn’t speak English or French which made things very challenging, considering that English is the primary language spoken in Toronto Ontario, Canada. Parking was very confusing and very little instruction was given. As well as no instruction was given on how to use elevators, etc., with the fob provided. Air conditioning in the unit did not work. The windows that did open in the unit were at floor level, which seemed odd and dangerous for an apartment 21 floors up. The bedrooms were missing dressers of any kind to store your clothes. The condo is spacious. And somewhat modern. It does provide a nice view of the city. All in all for the amount of money, I wouldn’t stay here again. We enjoyed our time in Toronto However the stress of Not being properly informed about many of the condos Intricacies, parking, elevators, security, etc. left a lot to be desired.

I liked everything about this property. Couldn't be any handier to the Rogers Center as well as several good dining options. 10 minute walk from Union Station. 2 minute walk to the Rogers Center and CN Tower. The only down side was check-in. The company running the front desk were not the most helpful. They told us the Cleaner still had the keys for our unit and we'd have to wait, who knows how long. After 15 minutes I contacted the rental company directly again and after checking with their cleaner, the in fact had been dropped off before we arrived. When I approached the front desk again, phone in hand and rental company rep on the line, my keys magically showed up. Not sure what's going on there, but alls well that ends well.

The apartment was very clean, fully stocked with all of the necessities. I appreciated the extra towels and sheets. The apartment is very spacious. The walk in closet was a bonus! The view is terrific and the building is great. The Rivet Stays team was very responsive when I reached out because I forgot something. The only thing missing is a full length mirror. :) I highly recommend this as an a great place to stay when visitng Toronto. My family of four loved it. Thank you Rivet Stays!!

Room was clean but had many broken finishes. Bedroom blinds were missing shades which allowed light into the room. Not easy to sleep when right next to a high rise that's lit up at night. Room was in generally poor repair.
