“"Happiness is......................"”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel, mainly for its location near the airport as we had early morning flights. The shuttle bus drivers were excellent! They would not let us touch our bags, insisting that they do it all themselves. The shuttles came on time, and we were at the airport early for both our flights. Some of the front desk staff were excellent, giving us MORE information than we requested. I would definintely stay at the Toronto Airport Marriott again.
“worst Marriott I have stayed in”
We were very unsatisfied with this Hotel. I should have realized it was not going to be a good stay when I checked in. The front desk clerk was speaking very softly and I asked her to speak up as I was partially deaf. She proceeded by elongating all her words. I should have said I was partially deaf not partially stupid but I let it go. The room was small & didn't have a fridge. I had booked some friends and ourselves rooms through Expedia but I had booked both parties separately. The price was the same but we had a complementary breakfast and the other couple didn't. I talked to the front desk manager and her attitude was, that is what happens when you book through a third party. For the food cost of two breakfasts she lost 2 families future business and left me really embarrassed.
“Clean, nice rooms, good location for airport area, decent breakfast buffet”
The check in girl was a beginner and could not find one of the rooms I booked - I had to log into a laptop to prove it and then it was okay. Other than that the stay was great. Clean spacious rooms. Good buffet breakfast (additional cost). There is a nice gentlemans club just down the road. Reasonable room rates. I like it.

We had a nice time, and the room was clean - we also had the breakfast buffet that was included. The food was standard and the service friendly.
“Great Airport Location”
The Marriot Toronto Airport was a fine choice to overnight in before flying back to BC the next day. Exceptional staff and location, with a decent continental breakfast and a nice pool/sauna/steamroom/fitness facility. Located on a superb strip for decent casual dining and just a super-quick shuttle ride from the departures terminal. Only minor complaints were the jets on the hot tub weren't working...and the business center charged an arm & a leg for Internet use if you were doing more than just printing boarding passes.

Not only is it convenient to the airport with free complimentary airport shuttle, but it has a great restaurant as well, that even features local wines!

Hotel was fine, etc., but restaurant food was expensive and not very good.

This is a wonderful hotel with great hospitality. (e.g. A nice clean bathtub, great furnitures, glasses are real crystals, not a plastic cup, and great security.) I will recommend this hotel to anybody. Masami
