Completely renovated in 2011, the Bond Place Hotel’s new contemporary, urban design creates a comfortable and inviting experience for Business and Leisure travelers. The hotel is smoke-free throughout. Guestrooms offer new beds and bedding, hardwood floors, LCD TVs, desks and spa bathrooms. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto at Yonge and Dundas Square, the Bond Place Hotel is steps away from the Toronto Theatre District, Eaton Centre, dining and other local area attractions. Many downtown corporate and government offices, colleges and universities are within walking distance. The Hotel is also central to downtown Toronto hospitals, with St. Michael's Hospital located across the street.

The Newly renovated Bond Place Hotel offers 285 contemporary style guestrooms in a variety of configurations. All guestrooms feature plush new beds with white duvet bedding, hardwood floors, LCD tvs, HSIA, Ipod docking clock radios, work table, fridges, coffee makers, hairdryers and spa bathroom. All guestrooms are nonsmoking units.

B Espresso Bar offers guests the experience of an authentic modern Italian espresso bar, with the personal touch of caring staff and trained baristas, quality foods, cultured atmosphere, stunning design and of course…the finest in coffee and espresso based beverages. B Espresso Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and light dinner.

Hotel tres agreable.Tres bien situe, a deux pas de TOUT : Un Internet Cafe juste en face, une poste, le terminal des bus, des banques, des fast foods, etc. tres proches, la rue Yonge (donc, tous les commerces) a deux pas, pres aussi de Chinatown. Chambres agreables, vue agreable sur la ville. Tres calme. Personnel efficace et reactif. Vraiment pas cher. Et l'Airport Express s'arrete devant ! Ils gardent aussi vos bagages apres le check out si besoin, sans supplement, contre tickets. Que des plus, a part quelques points de detail : - pas de numero d'appel direct vers les chambres donc carte prepayee de type "call back" pas utilisable ; - on ne propose pas le changement des draps et serviettes en option comme dans d'autres etablissements donc dommageable pour l'environnement ; - de même, pas de container pour recyclage - mais il y en a dans la rue juste a cote. Mais le rapport qualite-prix est excellent, le service impeccable. J'y retournerai certainement !
“Lovely hotel and staff!”
We found the Bond Place Hotel to be excellent value for money. Room was very pleasant - quiet, clean and tidy. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was not included in the price but was not expensive and there was a good choice of food available and all was very tasty. The restaurant and bar were also very pleasant. Location of the hotel was fantasic - less than 5 minute walk from hotel to Dundas Square right in the centre of Toronto. Could not fault hotel at all. Would recommend to everyone!
“Very good and near everything in downtown!!!”
Easy to get walking everywhere, excelent tour options at the Lob, modern rooms, just the view was not good because I stayed on the side of a construction! But for me was perfect!!!!

This hotel is a block from Eaton Center. Very convenient location. Hotel room was comfortable, nothing fancy, but a great value for the money. If you just want a clean place to stay while exploring Toronto this is the place.
