Loved our stay

"We loved our stay there. The family that owns it now is so kind and friendly. They’ve worked so hard on the place and it shows. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the outdoor area is so cute. The rooms were nicely redone as well. Only thing is to beware if you have dog allergies. Dogs are allowed and I think the dander is not easily removed from the rooms so that was a little rough since one of us was allergic to dogs. Other than that- I highly recommend. "

Spacious lakefront home with panoramic views and private beach

Great Getaway

"This property was so beautiful and perfect for us 8 young adults and two kiddos, a baby and a toddler. We mostly relaxed around the house and on the beach with easy up the stairs access if we needed to run back to grab anything. The deck was huge and shaded with beautiful trees surrounding it. The communication was instant when I had a question. We would definitely book again!"

Woodsy cabin with private hot tub, shared beach access & screened porch

Broken screen, bed bugs, no communication

"This stay started off decent. The screen on the front door was broken. Not a big deal because the front door wasn't going to be open at all as it was November. We dropped off our stuff inside after a long drive, went to dinner, got back sort of late so we hit the hot tub which was full of sand, went to bed. In the early morning hours my daughters found bed bugs in their bed. And there were more in the bathtub. We took pictures and sent them to the company. Gathered our stuff to head out. We didn't even stay 24 hours. I have been attempting to get some resolution from vacasa and have not heard anything back yet. Its been weeks. And I've had to reach out to them. They let me know (after we were gone and at approximately 5pm) that Orkin would be there between noon and 2 that day. The last I heard from them they were still "investigating". I 10/10 do NOT recommend this place. It has been a total hassel with no resolve. And it was supposed to be a relaxing weekend with my mother, sisters, and daughters."
