"We recently stayed at Sugar Magnolia for several nights in between our move from Colorado to Mount Pleasant. We had my mother in law with us for one night and our two children ages 3 and 7 mos. The home worked perfectly for our stay given the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the two-zone HVAC. The primary suite was lovely and the beds were all extremely comfortable! We didn’t spend significant time on the property because we were busy with move-in details, but I think it would suite a family or group extremely well. We did have to bring our own pack n play, but knew that in advance. The only other thing (which is also noted in the information ahead of time) is that you have to supply your own paper goods aside from the “starter amount” they give you. This meant no paper towels on hand and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. If you’re planning a longer stay it would be something you’d probably want to get ahead of time. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a northeast MP location, lots of space, updated kitchen and baths, very clean, and comfortable home. It really made our “in between” time very comfortable!"

"We just returned from staying 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. The view from every window was spectacular. We especially enjoyed the covered porch. The condo is very spacious and maintained. However the kitchen could be better supplied and some updating could be done. We had trouble communicating with Vacasa before arrival mainy because the listed phone number we were given was wrong! After that was straightened out things went smoothly. Family members joined us the first week and friends were with us the second week. We will certainly return."

"I’m not sure where to begin, but this house checked every single box off in my book. We have stayed in many places in IOP and specifically in wild dunes. This was a wonderfully secluded, quiet gated neighborhood within the gates of wild dunes. Not a lot of foot traffic, extremely private beach, and a great little community pool. The beach is a gorgeous walk through the 18th hole of the links course with what seems to be a brand new boardwalk leading you through the dunes. The pool being even closer. The layout of the house is perfect for a any group really! Off 3 of the bedrooms are outside patios - one overlooking the “lagoon” where you can see turtles, and even alligators. The lagoon side is a view of the driving range which surprisingly was very quiet. Now onto the house. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated with high end furniture. The beds all offered very comfortable sleep, all rooms equipped with TVs, remote controlled blinds, lots of extra towels, toiletries and private bathrooms. Signs all around the house to help guide you through a new unfamiliar territory. Kitchen is well stocked and organized. A great layout for entertaining large groups as it offers bar are seating, a long dining table and a small breakfast nook area. It lives quiet, if someone is upstairs, the noise doesn’t carry throughout which is important with kids and adults. We hope to be back again!! And are marking this as one of our favorites."
