"Great location if you’re your event is at the convention center. Quick Uber/lyft rides to and from the hotel to popular Houston spots. Breakfast was great! And the customer service was amazing from all staff. "

"I liked the room was spacious for a family of 5. The breakfast was good and the indoor pool was a plus. The place was clean and up to date. The staff were helpful. I would stay again for sure. "

"Just stayed one night so stay was good. Bed was comfortable. Bath was clean and in good working order. TV stations are extremely limited. Breakfast did not have very many options. Overall, a good stay for the price."

"Over all we enjoyed our stay however there are a couple of things to point out. Our bathroom door would not close completely so had to leave it cracked when using it. And secondly there were several times during the day that there was no staff at the front desk and I had to wait at the desk 5-10 minutes for some one to help me. They were very kind and helpful once they were there. "

"As always, my room was clean and well supplied. The air-conditioning in my room was cooling, but was not cooling as well as it should have been. I didn’t bring it up to management because by the time I discovered this, I was unpacked and settled. My 100 year old mother was with me and for her the air-conditioning was sufficient. I didn’t want to be disturbed by having Maintenance in our room so I simply lowered the thermostat as low as it would go and made do."

"The hotel was under renovation and the floor we stayed on had been recently updated so it was great. The staff was friendly, super affordable rate, the continental breakfast was fine and the location was great. I would stay here again especially with the renovations!"
