"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. "Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. "Location is excellent in the city center of Santa cruz. However, as many pointed out before, there is a night club at the top of the hotel, which luckily I was out of season hence it was only on saturday but then you need proper ear plugs to not have it affect your sleep.
