Staff wasn't super friendly. Room was pretty old and kinda run down. I was under the impression when I booked a two bed room that I was getting two beds. One of the beds was a Murphy bed. Probably wouldn't stay here again as I've stayed in much nicer hotels there in the past.

Understand it's an older property, the rooms looked nothing like internet phots and wifi was non existant in our room. Would love to see the rooms updated or at least fix peeling paint, mold in bathroom shower area and chipped tile.

It is a pretty beautiful, authentic property, but it is pretty run down. We booked this stay primarily because of the dining/restaurant on property and the pool and hot tub. Well the dining on property wasn't open. And we got all dressed in our swim suits ready to enjoy the pool and hot tub for an hour or two before heading out and when we got to the pool it has a padlock on it. After a cleaning person gave us pool towels with no mention of the pool being closed. We inqired at the front desk and they said that the pumps gave out last night. I'm upset we paid as much for the stay as we did with the primary expectation of restaurant, pool and hot tub and none of that available.

We liked the room’s patio space as it was private and cozy. We did not like the smell of smoke in the room, but I suppose that comes with rooms that include fireplaces. Next time I would not get a fireplace in the room (especially since we never lite a fire over four nights.) Yhe pool is nice and the hot tub was warm with no jets.

Looks totally different than their website. The room was big and the bathroom was massive and that was nice but there were spider webs every where, cracked tile and the stairs and floor leading to the hotel room needed some serious help. There weren't any outlets anywhere either which was strange. Half of the lamps weren't even plugged in. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom.
