Other rooms do have windows so I wish this was known ahead of time. While we were there, a big earthquake in Taiwan hit. Since we were in the 11th floor, the building swayed quite a bit. Fortunately nothing bad happened and we continued our stay. It was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on the quality bed and pillow. "

"Everything is perfect. The drainage was clogged one night in the shower and we got immediate attention and resolved the problem. They provide a social room with free snacks and drinks 24/7. The whole property is really clean and very comfortable. One thing I don't quite get used to is toilet paper can't be tossed to flush but dump into trash bin next to it."
