"Not as nice as the price and description led us to believe. Breakfast was okay, good croissant cut otherwise a bit ordinary.
The room was fresh and clean but lacked in storage space so if one was staying more than a day, there was no drawer space for one to unpack. Poor water pressure in the shower.
Hosts are very pleasant/amenable!
Would not stay there again for the price.

"Bad smell in unit when we first walked in. We discovered it after 24hrs. Smell coming from drain tray on the back of the fridge with rotten milk in it.
Can’t fault the amount of towels for unit.
Had to wait quite awhile at reception to get pool towels. No one at front reception to check out."
"Generally good experience. Stayed for two nights during great ocean road running festival. Negatives were leaking shower head and kettle lid was broken. Positives included coffee machine and large space."
"It has the potential to be a great property. However cleanliness is an issue. Cutlery and crockery were dirty upon arrival. There were food scraps from the previous guest still on the pantry floor! The property sleeps 11 yet there were only 6 mismatched cups to use........."
