"This property exceeded all expectations. It’s website does not do it justice. The beachfront location with mile long beach to walk was pristine. The villa itself was spacious and very well equipped with large outdoor patio - very private as well. Staff were friendly and attentive- even volunteered to change a flat tire for us. "As the website (now) says, this is actually 2 separate 2-bed en suite apartments. We (2 single friends) only had the downstairs one, which was beautifully clean and well-maintained, with excellent air-con, a good size kitchen area, and a good, shady, outside patio area. There is no sea view from there, and upstairs it is minimal and distant, so you won't see or hear waves crashing on the shore, which I had hoped for! The house is 10/15 minutes walk from Speightstown where there are very good...

"We had a great stay in the upstairs apartment overlooking the ocean. The accommodation is great, it is not 5 star but you don't need that here as you live outside on the veranda, on the beach and if you are us at The John Moore Bar round the corner. Marc made us incredibly welcome and after 4 weeks of pure joy I am writing this as we prepare to fly home - I've never not wanted to go home before. Magical in every way."

Whole place is amazing, large spacious bedroom, lots of quiet nooks around the hotel to sit and relax, pool is beautiful as is the grounds which has lots of peacocks to enjoy looking at. Would have loved to have stayed longer. An easy walk from the lovely Carlisle bay with the great white sandy beach with lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel also had a lovely bar and restaurant. "THIRD TIME I HAVE STAYED STAFF FRIENDLY & HELP & ALL THE STAFF WORKED HARD CLEANING REMOVING LEAVES ETC KEEPING THE BUILDINGS LOOKING GREAT.THE CLEANING STAFF WERE AMAZING CLEANING MY SELF CATERING APT EVERY DAY WHICH HAPPENS RARELY AT EQUIVALENT RESORTS.LOADS OF SWIMS IN THE LOVELY SWIMMING POOL.ABOUT 10/15 MINS WALK TO FAMOUS SANDY LANE BEACH & 25 MINS TO MY FAVOURITE BEACH PAYNES BAY BEACH AS I DIDN"T HAVE HIRE CAR HERE.NO PROBLEMS TRAVELLING WITH LOCALS ON VERY CHEAP BUSES TO OTHER BEACHES.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
