Ricardo’s place is nice, clean, comfortable and very much as advertised. The location is excellent, on the golf course, very near the beach and south coast restaurants. The host was easy to contact and quick to communicate. If I had to suggest any improvements it’d be the lighting (all light bulbs are incandescent white) and the fact that the mattress, while very comfortable, is uneven: one side sinks more than the other. The unit worked very well for us. The kitchen was very efficient and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony both in the morning as well end of the afternoon. (Watching the monkeys from our balcony was a great way to start our day!) The pool area was perfect. Being at the golf course was both very relaxing and also convenient. Both the grocery store and buses were less than a ten minute walk. It was close to the grocery store (7 min walk) close to the beach (15 min walk). The restaurant on the golf course has good food for when we didn’t want to cook. The pool area was clean and was very nice to swim and relax at. We liked getting up and watching the baby monkeys playing just outside our balcony. Because we were staying 3 week it was handy to have washing facilities that we could use. Ricardo was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions.
