Watching to be sure we are refunded the extra charges. Very frustrated. The manager wouldn’t even bother to speak to me in person, just over the phone. Terrible customer service by her. I certainly hope they are able to figure out the issue. Not at all comfortable with their process. I have never, in all my years utilizing Hotels.com, had this happen."

"We had a Wonderful Time at your location. Everything was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck (river front), the tiki hut for coffee & cocktails, the waterside firepit, and the indoors as well (spacious, clean & inviting). It was a great kitchen/living room for eating, drinking, conversation & games - with a wonderful view of the Mississippi out the wall of windows.
