He's very nice and very friendly.. but i was not expecting to be hearing him and his dogs all night... including dogs barking at 6 am. Sure it's a working farm... but the noises seem to be coming from the room next to you.. not the farm working. Also, he explained how the heat works, but good luck... it was cold outside and we turned up the heater... and it did nothing. Very cold throughout the night. Positives! Property is beautiful. The gentleman who owns it is very nice and friendly. Very helpful. The tub and shower are fantastic and if i knew he wouldn't be heading every time i coughed funny, i would have really enjoyed it. Lodgings are scrupulously clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was bigger than my bedroom! Lovely host gave us a quick tour of the property, and we met a 2-week old filly.
