Come stay on the island of Weeki Wachee Gardens in our 3-bedroom riverfront home. You can’t find a better location on Weeki Wachee river. Within a few minute kayak ride experience Rogers Park, restaurants, bars, kayak & boat rentals, and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the river on the kayaks and paddle boards that await, or just relax on the large waterfront deck. A 5-minute drive will have you at Pine Island beach or at Weeki Wachee spring state park to view the famous mermaid show, ride water slides, or swim in the expansive crystal-clear spring. Rent a boat or bring your own for cruising on the Gulf of Mexico. Return from your action-packed day for a sea-to-table meal.

Everything you need under one roof
The property manager has a great eye for decor and prepared the house with all essentials and more for a great stay. Beds were comfy and we felt at home. Definitely staying here again.

great location and water access
The good the location was great with water access for swimming, kayaking on the provided kayaks etc the ACs worked very well so we were comfortable the bedding and towels were clean The not so good- It looks like previous renters have been tough on the place. Somone had punched a hole in the back of the bedroom door and there were various dents and dings everywhere Not fully the owners problem but the city didnt pick up trash so when we got there the trash can at the street was full and there were 6-8 garbage bags out front. There were flies around and it got to where you could smell the garbage 4 houses down and some critter got into some bags and dragged trash arounnd the yard.

Awesome house and awesome location.
The house was comfy and clean and a great location so close to Rogers park. My kids enjoyed just hanging there and jumping off the dock. Saw a dolphin swim by the first morning there and manatees swim by periodically. Place is amazing, worth the visit for sure.🏴‍☠️🖤

Great value
Property was clean and had all the amenities necessary. Loved that it was right on the water not far from anything. Only down fall was sharing one bathroom with everyone but it was manageable. Will definitely consider staying here again if we’re down that way.

Fun for fishing but don’t bring your wife she might not like the area.
Property interior clean but smelled like a fabreeze factory which lingered for 48 hours. Front porch had green mold on screens. Across the street had cars torn down for repair and parts all over. Lots of trash. View from front deck across canal had ski doo’s with gardens growing out of them looked like occupants.
