"Room met all my expectations and exceeded them by having PLENTY of towels for four gals, all with long hair to wash and dry. The AC was COLD making the humidity outside easy to forget. The beds were comfortable with just the right amount of cover. And a FULL SIZE FRIG was life changing, making other hotels pale in comparison. Price for one night beat out all other hotels in the area with the same proximity to the beach. I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay again. "

"Room was spacious and clean. We had an ocean view room with balcony. The complimentary breakfast was decent. All of the staff was nice. Pool area was great. Walk to the beach was convenient. The only complaint we had is the bathtub did not drain properly, it filled with water while taking a shower and took forever to drain. We let front desk know. I can’t say if they did try to fix it or not. We were out of the room until late night, it wasn’t fixed when we came back. Other than that, no complaints! "

"To be honest this was one of the worst hotels stays for my wife and me the none stop trains booming all night was one thing I know this is kind of out of your control. But the elevators was a nightmare not only did we have to walk down the stairs from the 16th floor after it stop, and we had to get off it again ditched us Sunday morning on the 25th floor after starting to go down the stairs an employee flagged us down and put us on the employee elevator. I do not know her name but she saved the day seeing I had all of my luggage with me. I also ask for our Bed Lenin to be changed Friday morning due to a large yellow stain on it and hair all over the bed sheets that was not our hair. This grossed my wife out to the point we went a got our on sheets to put down on the bed I ask a young lady at the front desk Friday morning at around 8:30 if she could let housekeeping know to change our bed sheets which never happened I do not like filling out surveys and trashing anyone over media my hope is you all fix the problems so future visits are more enjoyable please fill free to contact me if you want 205-363-4431 Chris R "
