"We chose this hotel as it claimed to have a 5star PADI dive school on site. It was closed! Booked with another school who collected us, but we had missed two days diving. During our visit there were 4 British, 6 Italians, 6 Germans. Everyone else were Russian. Fortunately I speak tourist Russian, but everyone else felt uncomfortable being in the minority. We snorkelled about 400 metres to the left of the lift, which descends to the beach and discovered human sewage outflow pipes. Possible...

"Booked at premium rate for payment on arrival. Within days of booking the full payment had been taken from my account, then on arrival a 2nd full payment was taken. We enjoyed our inital stay not knowing we had been charged 2x. For the past month we have trying to get refund without success. Not a very happy customer with Dive Inn Resort or with Expedia"
