"Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with."

"Second time staying here. Staff were friendly as usual. However, there was 1 night staff who was not too friendly. Hot water seems to be working intermittently which can be irritating at times if you want to take a warm shower after a night out. Walking distance to Chong Nongsi and Saladeang station. Will come back again if the price is right. "
