"Generally a great hotel and I was very grateful to the man who helped me get a taxi at short notice to fit my snowboard, but I was very disappointed to learn the spa isn’t available at all times and you have to book in advance and pay to use it. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and it seems stingy to have to pay again for something that’s already part of the hotel. I also had to pay for bottled water, which usually you get complimentary. The quality of food at breakfast...

"Quiet property. Bathroom needed cleaning, found old shampoo bottles in the shower. Breakfast was good, staff helpful. "

"The rooms were spacious (we got 2 rooms for 5 people, 2 beds in each with a rollaway) and clean while the hotel was very close to the historic centre. The breakfast was also pretty good and the AC worked well. Were I to visit Sibiu again, I would return to this hotel."
