“Always a pleasant and welcoming place to stay just outside of Paris”

Everytime we book the Campanile at Senlis via Expedia we end up being told we have been booked in to the Ibis next door - only by insisting that we stay at the Cple do we have our correct booking.

“Old Style Motel type Buildings Encourages Noisey English Louts”

Rooms very clean and Resturant staff very helpful and understaning with our limited French Vocabulary. Food of good quailty and coped well with busy Breakfast time. Sadly the external motel syle buildings with limited sound proofing did not stop us being woken in the early hours by people comming, going with loud voices. People act as though they are 'outside' when walking past your room. Would use Campanille again but not this style of building!!!

“good overnight hotel.”

Like any other Campanile hotel the layout is familiar and comfortable. The hotel is very handy for the motorway (2 min's) and easy to find. The food here is also quite good and value for money. Overall nothing fancy but it delivers exactly what it say's on the tin.

“Chambre décevante pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant”

Concernant la chambre: le couchage pour enfant est un sommier métallique qui se trouve sous le lit principal, le notre était en mauvais état, un des pieds pliants était arraché, notre enfant a dormi à même le sol, sans compter qu'il n'y a pratiquement plus de place dans la chambre une fois que ce lit en mis en place. Existe t'il des chambres adaptées pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant ? Décevant. Concernant le restaurant: personnel au petit soin, accueil charmant, menu de qualité, buffet d'entrées et de desserts très raffiné, service rapide, prix correct.

“Not impressed with hotel reception”

When we arrived the hotel clerk insisted that we had not previously paid for the room and we must pay when we checked out. We argued however decided to wait until the morning. When we checked out in the morning, there was a different clerk and she understood that it was paided.

“Unable to check in (24 hr desk was closed)”

We arrived at 3am to check in to the 24 hr check in service to find the hotel shut down tight for the night. No way to contact anyone. We checked in to the hotel next door.

“could not check in after 11pm”

Don't try to get into your pre-paid hotel room with front gate and front desk to hotel closed at 11pm. this hotel was bare bones. front desk did refund the 2nd room i had to book at machine out front at 1 am. i will never return.
