“Decent accomodation close to Seatac”
For its intended purpose of staying the night and leaving a vehicle parked in their care , this hotel works well enough, is reasonably priced but nothing fancy. The car is parked off site in a secured lot, all was well on our return after a week, and pickup was prompt at the airport. Would stay and park there again.
“not impressed”
better hotels in area.
“Best Value At Seatac”
This hotel is by far my favourite when staying in the Seatac area. While the hotel is a little older and only has basic amenities with WIFI, the hotel and rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the full morning breakfast is the best start to your day. While the hotel is next to the Seatac airport and you can certainly hear the planes taking off when your outdoors; the rooms are well insulated for noise and so you will not hear anything inside unless you keep your door open. So if your looking for a basic, clean, friendly, on budget hotel; something for your Park and Ride as the offer direct transportation to and from the airport or your just looking to overnight and rest from your trip on the I5 with a god breakfast in the morning. This by far is your best accommodation option within the Seatac area.
“Decent Location For Price, You Get What You Pay For”
Cheap. That's it, really. Cheap if you need a place to sleep and a car to park for the duration of your trip elsewhere. Not the greatest location (about 15 min from SEATAC), not the best looking rooms though adequate, not the best service (though the staff were friendly and helpful); noisy neighbours during my 1 night stay; tiled walkways made anyone outside pulling a wheeled suitcase EXTREMELY noisy. Not sure I got much sleep that night. If you're parking your car with them, there's no cheaper rate in town--as long as you stay a night in the hotel you get a discounted daily rate for your car. They have a secured parking facility for your car while you're on your travels. So, if you need to sleep somewhere before your flight the next day and are leaving your car behind, they're cheap. On the car parking side of things, they're a little different than other car parks in that you leave your key with them and they pick up and move your car into/out of their secured parking facility for you, which is nice, but for a first time user was a bit nerve wracking while you're out of state, wondering what the staff could be doing with your car. Upon returning from my trip, I was happy to find not a single mile added to my car's odometer and the interior/exterior being exactly as I had left them. So, kinda mixed feelings: they're cheap, but the facilities aren't the nicest, and as you're staying in an airport town, luggage noise at all hours of the night are inevitable.
“You get what you pay for. Not terrible, but not great”
No bad experiences here. Not the cleanest hotel I have been to, but I just need a place to crash for a few hours until my flight leaves. So for the price I couldn't go wrong.
“Served its purpose”
Read a couple of reviews about this place on expedia and I wasn't very impressed by what i read, but I went ahead and booked the room anyways. Needed a place for only about 6hours, to shower and catch a quick snooze. The room was ok for the price, bathroom wasn't bad at all and the airport shuttle was on time. Didn't stay for the breakfast so I cant comment on that. I'll definitely stay here again if i need a place to sleep and shower before a flight.
“Great location with park & fly option”
This motel was in a great location for Park & fly. The shuttle service was great as well.
“"Not Impressed"”
Motel was located on a very busy highway and within a 10 minute drive from the airport. If you ran the air-conditioner you did not hear the noise. The room was OK, it was clean but a little out-dated. Breakfast did not start until 7:00AM and we needed to leave at 4:00AM for the airport. There was no coffeemaker in the room, even for coffee. There is a 24 hour convenience store on the same block as the motel. Probably would not recommend this motel to others.
“Not happy with charges”
I called prior to booking this room to make sure we could leave our car parked there for two weeks. We were told that the first week was free (if we stayed overnight-which we did) and the second week was $44. We then booked the room and, when we checked in, we were told we hadn't signed up for the special stay and park package (I was not told I had to tell Expedia about the package). We ended up paying over $90. Not a good way to start our trip. We have a very bad feeling about ever going back there.
“Great for overnight”
Stayed there for one night with a group of friends because we had a plane to catch the next morning. The staff was great asked for a rollaway bed and they sent one up right away. The room was in good condition and the beds were fairly comfortable. While I probably wouldnt spend an extended time there it was great for one night. The neighborhood is kind of scary at night and there really isnt anything close by. The breakfast in the morning was good and the shuttle service was awesome! The driver was very nice and helpful.
