Friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle operator was excellent; she gave us an overview of the area and told us about things to do in the area. The breakfast was good and quick so that we could make our flight. The decor of the room was very attractive.

“Poor breakfast & WiFi connection”

I usually book Hampton wherever I find Hampton in visiting place. Because coffee is always available, WiFi and breakfast are good enough. This time is for my family travel. My kids complained to poor breakfast and at last my kid's itouch failed to connect WiFi. Location is good, rooms are clean, but I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

“Problems”

One reason I choose this hotel was because the website said there was a mini fridge in every room. That was not the case. We spent 7 days in the hotel and the ice machine on our floor did not work the entire time. The wi-fi connection was very spotty and unreliable. The second morning of our trip the light bulb of the bedside lamp burned out. I removed the bulb and laid it on the bedside table. When we returned that afternoon the bulb had be removed, but not replaced. Two days later, I went to the lobby to get a light bulb and replaced it myself. One of the elevators did some very strange things. When you pushed the floor button it tried to move and then would open the doors. After several tries, it seemed to right itself and proceed. We avoided that elevator whenever we could. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff we dealt with were pleasant and polite, but maintenance always seemed to be blowing leaves out of the parking lot and servicing the pool, not repairing the things that guests used each day. We have stayed at Hampton Inns for years and have always been happy. I would not stay at this particular hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

“Good Place to Stay”

We just stayed over night to catch a flight. They were helpful and nice. Good Clean place to stay.

The beds are especially comfortable. my bathroom was rather small.
